Responsible for solutions to enable new business opportunities and make the existing business more cost effective? Apply knowledge of industrial controls, industrial networks, programming software, industrial automation and production equipment? Troubleshoot and correct production equipment control problems to enable maximum productivity, product recovery and quality? Participate in the planning, implementation and supervision of new equipment installations? Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods and follow-up? Applying electrical theory and related knowledge to design, develop, test and implement equipment control system modifications? Diagnose and resolve control system performance and maintenance issues? Test and inspect machines and equipment in manufacturing departments to eliminate production problemsThe qualified Industrial Controls Engineer candidate will have:? AS or BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study ? 3-5 years of professional engineering experience supporting a manufacturing environment? Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus ? Hands-on maintenance and repair of PLC, HMI, Process, Servo and Motion Control systems? Allen Bradley PLC experience is required? Experience with RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, RSNetworx, RSLinx and RSView? Proficient in AutoCAD?
